Arlene Rio S. Villar, CPA
Senior Managing Partner
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Arlene has been a CPA since 1999 and is currently a Juris Doctor candidate. Her career spans Unilever Philippines, academe, and public service as the Municipal Accountant of Albuera, Leyte, where she spearheaded full automation of local government accounting systems. A former President and now National Adviser of PhALGA, Inc., she is a staunch advocate for the Magna Carta for Government Accountants. Her expertise includes government accounting & auditing, public sector compliance, financial strategy, and institutional policy.
Sharah Del Tabudlong Tude, CPA, CAT, JD
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
A Batch Prodigy from the University of San Carlos, Sharah graduated Magna Cum Laude in Accountancy and Highest Magna Cum Laude in Management Accounting. A CPA since 2013, she completed her Juris Doctor at Western Leyte College Law School in 2024, bridging finance and law. Her career spans SAP FICO engineering at Accenture Cebu, corporate compliance leadership at Baltondo Group, and nearly a decade in academia. Her expertise covers corporate & legal compliance, tax advisory, PCAB & PhilGEPS registration, and SAP FICO integration.
